JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

The Finance Key User is a crucial business knowledge role with responsibilities for multiple business segments and units which are spread across regions and will have a matrix responsibility with support from and contribute to MGS Finance Globally. 

As a Key User, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing use of finance system or software within our organization. You will act as a bridge between the project team and our end-users, providing valuable insights and support throughout the entire process.

This position has a short-term contract until the end of 2026.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Partner with the project team to understand the new system/software functionalities and its impact on our business processes.

Participate in the project workshops related to systems implementation/maintenance

Execute the user acceptance testing for the project purpose and system maintenance

Develop training materials and conduct end user training sessions to equip colleagues with the necessary skills to utilize the new functionalities effectively.

Troubleshoot end user Issues and provide ongoing support after system launch.

Act as a champion for the system, fostering user adoption and addressing any concerns.

Collaborate with the project team to Identify areas for Improvement and provide feedback on system updates.

What are we looking for?

Strong ability to understand company's workflows and processes.

Accounting knowledge, especially in Supply Chain Finance and Record to Report areas.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Proven ability to train and mentor others.

Experience with new technology adoption is a plus.

Proficiency in relevant software applications (depending on the specific system being implemented).

A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
