Understand business requirements, design products specification for solutioning new components for the Account Dev portfolio of applications.
Participate in and guide product specifications design sessions within the Account Dev team. Assist in identifying and designing solutions to be built and/or modified for the overall wellness of the domain.
Participate in walk-throughs, which will review Account Dev solutions, designs and documented specifications. Provide feedback in accordance with team standards and guidelines.
Actively participate in liaise with Quality Management team to ensure the coverage of the integration test suite.
Actively liaise and collaborate with Business for requirements gathering and requirement clarification for development team.
Engage and interact with business and IT stakeholders to understand Account Dev portfolio products requirements and current constraints.
Create integration testcases that thoroughly exercise logic to ensure application functionality and performance about business requirements.
Skilled with basic SQL knowledge to research the backend data for the applications in the AccountDev portfolio domain.
Take ownership in the organization and maintenance of project artifacts and wherever possible introduce process improvements in the execution model.
Guide and provide training to other team members.
Be open to learning new technology to advance the Account Dev portfolio of products.

Should have Bachelor's degree in a related field; OR equivalent work experience in technical data analysis.
Should be able to conduct system analysis meetings with stakeholders and business.
Should be able to develop system design documents.
Should be able to develop project plans with achievable milestones and deadlines.
Should be able to coordinate different department demands to gain approvals on system scope and design.
Should have good communication skills, analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
Should be able to articulate the issues and propose viable solution.
