Managing a group of technological (chemical) process engineers and drafter designers to ensure the effective delivery of engineering projects and programs;
Developing delivery efficiencies, and continuous improvement in design delivery quality and efficiency;
Delegating effectively to the Process and Drafting Leads;
Cooperates and supportsPiping & Process Discipline Manager in building staff capabilities, ensuring skill development, monitoring and report on utilization levels, tracking actuals versus targets;
Liaising with the Quality manager to ensure that the engineering group understands and adheres to QA/QC processes. We offer:

Ability to work in the office or in a hybrid model (project dependent). Here's what you'll need MS degree in Chemical/Process engineering;
Fluent (written and oral) in English language;
Minimum 8 years engineering experience in process engineering;
Experience in working with international and multicultural teams (ability to manage professional staff would be an advantage);
Advanced knowledge of process guidelines, code and standards and good engineering practices (EU and USA) and basic knowledge of other engineering disciplines;
Experience in preparation and development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs);
Experience in hydrauliccalculation, pipeline sizing, equipment selections, heat and material balance calculation;
Ability to analyze and manage key performance indicators;
Experience working withbudgets, budget forecasting and schedules;
