The Program Manager is responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of global large complex technology-centric analytics projects. He/she has responsibility to oversee all project work being performed by the team and working with divisional stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and commitment on deliverables, understand challenges and coordinate activities.

What you need:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Ten or more years of experience in IT and business/industry.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and simultaneously manage multiple projects with potential conflicting priorities and business interests.
Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Experience applying data and analytics knowledge of key design principles, methodologies, tools, and high-level architectures. Familiar with data processing, management, and visualization tools.
Experience with all aspects of software development lifecycle and one or more project management methodologies (for example, Agile, Waterfall). Knowledge of IT system concepts and how they impact business processes.
What is nice to have:
Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management or Professional (PMP) certification, Agile Practitioner or Leader Certification.
Strong business acumen, industry/domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units. Preferred to have ecommerce, customer service and finance related project experience.
Program management skills and experience. Well versed in Change Management and Release Management Processes.
Experience of working to introduce agile/SCRUM into organizations.

Build and manage the end-to-end project plan, and monitor/report progress. Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered to time, cost, and quality. , Ensure that business outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered.
