Senior Lead - Technical Product Management Miejsce pracy:
Szczecin Your responsibilities Build and maintain strong relations to the customer to identify needs and opportunities. The external stakeholders are power electronics engineers, mechanical engineers, service engineers as well as commercial profiles Drive technical and commercial activities with the internal project and production team and manage internal stakeholders across our global setup and company divisions Build best practice, optimize processes and push the boundaries aiming for operational excellence within the product area Develop and maintain the technology road map, set the strategy and secure right technology in the right time Follow the development in relevant standards and industry practices in order to be able to influence and predict future product requirements. Analyze reliability data from internal production and from the field and give advice regarding improvements/preventive actions Our requirements Min. 5 years professional experience including experience from Product Management Fluent in English Preferably experience from electric power conversion. As Technical Product Manager for one of our large strategic product areas you will be responsible for driving product management activities. In the position you acquire multiple perspectives from internal stakeholders, customers and seek, explore and evaluate opportunities for how the product and product area shall develop to support growth and deliver a strong value proposition towards our customers. You play a pivotal role in setting the future strategy and you drive the activities to accomplish the strategic and operational targets. You understand and translate the products complexity into specifications and requirements for further optimization and innovation and assume responsibility for product compliance and integrity.
