"Więcej Kreatywnych" powiedział nasz Creative Director, a więc szukamy Copywritera/ki, dla którego/ której tydzień bez przetargu, to tydzień stracony, ale jak trzeba to i harmoska zrobi.
Na co możesz u nas liczyć:
- na ekipę fajnych ludzi — wiemy, oklepane, ale zobacz sam/a;
- fajne globalne i lokalne marki (nie musisz nam wierzyć na słowo, zobacz);
- samodzielność przez duże S;
- inkluzywne podejście, atmosferę pełnej tolerancji i wsparcia oraz otwartość na Twoje pomysły;
- szkolenia, konferencje i wszystko, co będzie potrzebne, aby podnosić Twoje kompetencje;
- MultiSport, bo w zdrowym ciele zdrowy duch (jak to mówią);
- pakiety prywatnej opieki medycznej, bo zdrowie też FIRST;
- na start wynagrodzenie w wysokości 6-8k netto (w rozumieniu "na rękę", niezależnie od formy umowy);
- przekąski w kuchni, sernikalia, firmowe wyjścia;
- może i nie ma owocowych czwartków, ale są pieskowe poniedziałki, wtorki, środy, czwartki i piątki – jesteśmy pet-friendly, nawet bardzo friendly.
Co będziesz u nas robić?
- przede wszystkim wspólnie z naszym Art'em stworzysz jedyny w swoim rodzaju duet kreatywny, który będzie dopełniał się jak ciepła szarlotka i kulka lodów waniliowych;
- będziesz tworzyć koncepty kreatywne pod kampanie digitalowe;
- wspólnie ze Strategią współtworzyć prezentacje przetargowe, a następnie prezentować je przed klientami;
- uczestniczyć w przygotowywaniu i prowadzeniu warsztatów kreatywnych dla klientów;
- opracowywać content, hasła, scenariusze i pomysły na dodatkowe aktywacje;
- czasem wpadnie do Ciebie przygotowanie bieżącej komunikacji na social media naszych klientów (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok);
- śledzić trendy i szukać nowych sposobów na komunikacje.

- masz minimum 3-letnie agencyjne doświadczenie jako copy i w przygotowywaniu konceptów kreatywnych pod przetargi;
- masz świetny warsztat pisarski i nie trzeba po Tobie poprawiać, za to Ty poprawiasz po innych;
- potrafisz czytać po klienckiemu i tworzyć oferty, którym nie można powiedzieć nie;
- niczym Krzysztof Ibisz potrafisz poprowadzić każde spotkanie i utrzymać zaangażowanie publiczności do końca;
- wiesz, co trenduje i jak przełożyć to na różne platformy;
- praktykujesz i chcesz rozwijać swoje umiejętności storytellingu.
