Na stanowisko Senior Communications Manager poszukujemy osoby doświadczonej (min. 5 lat pracy w domu mediowym z czego min. 2 lata jako manager) i bardzo dobrze znającej zarówno media offline jak i online.

Pracujemy w modelu hybrydowym (10 dni home office w miesiącu) z biura w Warszawie.


Opis stanowiska


Do zadań osoby zatrudnionej na powyższym stanowisku będzie należało:
  • Samodzielne prowadzenie współpracy z klientami firmy i budowanie oraz utrzymywanie dobrych relacji
  • Zarządzanie zespołem specjalistów/planerów z różnymi kompetencjami: online, offline, SEM, Programmatic itp. i dbanie o ich rozwój
  • Planowanie i prowadzenie kampanii w mediach offline i online
  • Tworzenie i egzekucja strategii komunikacji dla klientów firmy, klientów new business oraz ich wdrażanie i rozwój
  • Realizacja i biznesowa odpowiedzialność za wyznaczone cele mediowe i biznesowe klienta
  • Opracowywanie i wdrażanie standardów operacyjnych zespołu
  • Dbanie o wyniki finansowe i biznesowe zespołu
  • Udział w negocjacjach handlowych / warunków zakupowych


Wymagania:
  • Minimum 5 letnie doświadczenie w pracy w domu mediowym
  • Min. 2 letnie doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
  • Umiejętność planowania i zakupu mediów offline i online
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu i prezentowaniu strategii komunikacji reklamowej
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem i posiadanie zdolności przywódczych i analitycznych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość rynku reklamy w Polsce
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie


Mile widziane:
  • Umiejętność samodzielnego planowania i zakupu kampanii TV
  • Znajomość systemów reklamowych Google (GoogleAds, DV360, CM), Meta, AdForm, LinkedIn
  • Znajomość narzędzi mediowych i analitycznych (Arianna, Google Analytics, Kantar, TGI itp.)
  • Certyfikat Dimaq
