Position: Business Analyst – D365 CRM

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid – 1 day/week in-office)

Contract Type: B2B

Work Mode: 4 days remote, 1 day on-site in Kraków

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly within the Customer Service module. This is a hands-on role in which you will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to deliver high-quality CRM solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Involvement:
  • Participate in all stages of solution implementation — from gathering and analyzing requirements to configuration, customization, and testing of the D365 CRM application.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather and validate requirements, understand current business processes, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Platform Expertise:
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, with emphasis on the Customer Service module, ensuring alignment with out-of-the-box capabilities and best practices.
  • Configuration & Customization:
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Testing & Training:
  • Conduct acceptance testing and facilitate training sessions for end users to ensure successful adoption and long-term solution sustainability.
  • Documentation:
  • Create clear and detailed business requirement documents that articulate what the solution must achieve, including functional specifications and expected outcomes.
  • Microsoft Technology Stack:
  • Leverage tools such as VSTS, Power Platform, and PowerApps to manage the application lifecycle and extend solution capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Contribute to internal delivery practices by suggesting and implementing enhancements that improve project quality, speed, and collaboration.
