The Role

We seek a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional D365 CRM solutions. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to design, implement, and optimize CRM systems that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Lifecycle Involvement: Participate in all stages of solution implementation – from gathering and analyzing requirements to configuration, customization, and testing of the D365 CRM application.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather and validate requirements, understand current business processes, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Platform Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, focusing on the Customer Service module, ensuring alignment with out-of-the-box capabilities and best practices.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Testing & Training: Conduct acceptance testing and facilitate training sessions for end users to ensure successful adoption and long-term solution sustainability.
  • Documentation: Create clear and detailed business requirement documents that articulate what the solution must achieve, including functional specifications and expected outcomes.
  • Microsoft Technology Stack: Leverage tools such as VSTS, Power Platform, and PowerApps to manage the application lifecycle and extend solution capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to internal delivery practices by suggesting and implementing enhancements that improve project quality, speed, and collaboration.
