Contract Type: B2B, 6 months (with potential extension)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions.
  • Design scalable and secure enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise on D365 CE architecture, data models, and security frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into customized D365 CE solutions.
  • Develop and optimize Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps) to enhance system functionality.
  • Automate business processes using Power Automate, including designing complex workflows.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with D365 CE to drive digital transformation.
  • Utilize custom connectors and advanced Power Platform features for enhanced capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in CRM solutions architecture and enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (architecture, data models, security frameworks).
  • Experience in Power Apps & Power Automate for business process automation.
  • Proven ability to integrate Power Platform solutions with D365 CE.
  • Experience in financial services or banking domain is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
