Position Overview

Join us as a Product Owner, where you will partner closely with our Head of Product, ensuring Worksuite achieves its mission by growing in a smart and sustainable manner. The Product Owner will take ownership of key product areas, drive focused improvements, and ensure the success of initiatives aligned with the company's mission and values. This role puts you in a prime position to empower our customers to achieve their goals by delivering exceptional service and value through meaningful engagement, strong relationships, and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Product Enhancements: Own key product areas, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive adoption and align with business goals and the product roadmap.
  • Lead Experimentation & Insights: Design and execute product experiments, track their impact, and iterate based on data-driven insights to improve activation and retention.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to refine solutions, execute experiments, and integrate feedback into product improvements.
  • Ensure Timely Product Delivery: Proactively manage timelines, coordinate with engineers, and resolve roadblocks to maintain a 90% on-time release rate.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize product analytics to continuously monitor performance, prioritize areas for enhancement, and set clear success metrics.
  • Drive AI Integration: Research and propose AI-driven features that enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and improve automation within the platform.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS environment, scale-up, or startup.
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to lead projects independently, driving initiatives and growth with little to no supervision.
  • Product-led growth (PLG) mindset, focusing on business metrics over individual customer issues or areas.
  • Experienced in MVP solutions, running experiments, and using data analysis to refine product performance and stimulate growth.
  • Proficiency in using data to identify trends, validate hypotheses, and prioritize impactful solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and confidently challenge team members by bringing different perspectives to discussions to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user needs and pain points, ultimately translating them into clear valuable product features.
  • Agility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic SaaS environment and rapidly iterate on solutions to deliver results.

Note: This role requires significant overlap with Central European Summertime Time (CET) hours to ensure effective team collaboration.
