We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Coordinator to join our Software Development team focused on application development. This role will drive project success by leveraging strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

About the Role
  • Facilitate scrum events: Organise and facilitate key Scrum meetings and workshops to ensure effective collaboration and progress monitoring.
  • Support the team: Help the team self-organise and work cross-functionally, removing obstacles that impede progress.
  • Coach team members: Provide guidance and support to team members in Agile practices and Scrum framework.
  • Assist the product owner: Work closely with the product owner to manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritised.
  • Promote continuous improvement: Encourage the team to identify and implement process improvements during retrospectives and throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track progress: Use metrics and data to monitor team performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain Agile practices: Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master or IT Project Manager.
  • Mastery of Agile methodologies, the Scrum framework, and software development lifecycle.
  • Skilled in crafting Epics, User Stories, and documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Fluent English for daily communication.
  • Hands-on experience with code repositories.
  • An energetic, organised, and collaborative team player with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Driven by a passion for continuous improvement and fostering creativity.
