- You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Driving innovation and sustainability within projects, fostering an environment that encourages new ideas and collaboration among team members.
- Managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with end-to-end financial accountability, providing guidance and support to clients as a trusted advisor.
- A Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in areas related to Service Delivery Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team dynamics, with proficiency in agile software delivery and experience with agile at scale frameworks.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory and compliance initiatives, and proven ability to drive engagements at both the executive (CxO) level and with delivery execution teams.
