Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Lead finance-related changes across multiple programmes, ensuring seamless integration of finance function requirements.
- Experience with product-led IT operating models, enabling agile delivery and continuous improvement.
- Strong project/programme management skills across both waterfall and agile/hybrid methodologies.
- Portfolio management experience is preferable but not mandatory.
- Retail industry experience, ideally in general merchandise and clothing.
- Familiarity with finance functions, including financial processes, tools, and requirements.
- ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with other relevant systems, such as Coupa, MRI Horizon, SAP Concur, AICO, and OCR tools.
- Integration development experience to support system and process harmonization.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to commute to the office multiple times a week, with remote flexibility available.
