Job Description:
As an IT Manager, you will coordinate the activities specific to the IT field within our company. This position is responsible for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing needs, ensuring that our support team members follow standard operating procedures and best practices when handling customer service tickets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing IT Support Services with focus on Incident and Service Request;
- Reviewing daily priorities and taking appropriate actions to ensure results are achieved in a timely manner, meeting/exceeding the KPIs;
- Ensuring the analysis, planning, and improvement of the availability of IT services in respect to the agreed SLA;
- Working closely with the business and application support teams;
- Being responsible for all aspects of the support operations management including hiring, training, and professional development of the support engineers and driving to a logical closure with higher CSAT/NPS scores.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A very good command of both English and Polish;
- 3 years of working experience as a Technical Support Expert or similar role;
- Managerial experience would be a plus but is not a requirement;
- Experience with Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Antivirus solution, Office 365;
- Foundational knowledge of IT Networking;
- A focus on customer/business satisfaction, with strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness;
- Excellent positive attitude.
