About the Job

We are looking for a talented Contract Data Coordinator Lead to join our Central Contract Coordination Team. As part of the Elevate project, you will be responsible for cleansing data and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of Purchase Contracts data within the SAP system.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Guarantee that data is consistent across the system inside the relevant scope of CCC
  2. Identifying inconsistencies, duplicates, or inaccuracies in the ERP SAP platform, mainly related to Outline Agreements
  3. Ensure clean and accurate data is ready for migration to SAP systems during implementation or upgrades
  4. Clean and enrich data: owning, coordinating and performing cleansing activities like removing duplicates, correcting errors, and standardizing data formats
  5. Support the Central Contract Coordination team in providing necessary data for purchasing contracts maintenance and master data creation
  6. Dealing with price discrepancies on the supplier's invoices
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and standards
  8. Cooperate with business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to identify data-related issues

What We Are Looking For

  • University degree;
  • Very good level of written and spoken English (B2 or C1);
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Experience in SAP ERP and other IT systems (SKP, CORA);
  • Min. 4 years of experience in the operational procurement area;
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes with a focus on S2P;
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP modules, data management principles, and system architecture;
  • Natural communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
  • Good analytical skills, can think critically, and assertive attitude;
  • Inquisitive and diligent, can read between the lines.
