We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Specialist to join our innovative Laser LLM project, focused on developing an advanced systematic review system powered by large language models. You will be responsible for researching and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for processing medical and scientific literature. The project follows agile methodology and utilizes state-of-the-art machine learning technologies. Recruitment steps: Share your CV and other things that help us see your brilliance Complete a short take-home assignment Meet with the future colleague / manager Meet with the co-founder You're hired :) Essential requirements: Expert knowledge of PyTorch and deep learning principles Strong experience with transformer architectures and HuggingFace ecosystem Expertise in prompt engineering and model fine-tuning Experience with large language models training and optimization Advanced knowledge of Python and scientific computing libraries Very good command of English Formal requirements: minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML roles master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field the candidate already lives in Poland and can be formally employed here (UoP) Nice to haves: Experience with multimodal models (text + image) Knowledge of efficient fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, etc.) Experience with medical or scientific text processing Familiarity with model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning) Experience with distributed training on multiple GPUs Knowledge of prompt engineering best practices Good command of Polish We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Specialist to join our innovative Laser LLM project, focused on developing an advanced systematic review system powered by large language models.
