About the Role:

As an AI Governance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing AI projects, overseeing governance processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an evolving team that shapes the future of AI governance and risk management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the EU AI portfolio, reviewing and assessing compliance with the EU AI Act
  • Overseeing the implementation of obligations related to the EU AI Act by AI service owners
  • Managing AI governance tasks for key projects, ensuring adherence to Client's AI Governance process
  • Conducting risk steward reviews and providing recommendations for risk mitigation
  • Obtaining external hosting approvals for AI systems and ensuring compliance with data sharing and privacy regulations
  • Overseeing model risk management processes and ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to project plans, progress, and deliverables
  • Preparing executive updates and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and overall IT and Cloud platforms
  • Proficiency in data analysis and strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and governance skills
  • Strong planning and execution discipline
  • Proficiency in documentation, presentation, and executive update preparation
  • Familiarity with the EU AI Act and its requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Bonus Requirements:

If you have experience working with AI systems in compliance-heavy environments, or experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments, you will be at an advantage.
