We are hiring talented individuals for Customer and Technical Support roles across some of Europe's most dynamic and affordable cities Your new adventure awaits in:

- Poland (Warsaw)
- Portugal (Lisbon)
- Cyprus (Limassol)

What You Will Do

- Be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat.
- Provide friendly, professional support for a variety of inquiries (general, account, billing, product questions).
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues (software, hardware, account access).
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams while ensuring the customer is kept informed.
- Contribute to a high-performing, multilingual, and multicultural team environment.

Requirements:

- Fluent/Native Danish speaker (mandatory).
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher, for internal communication).
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and an excellent communicator.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.
- Willing to relocate to one of our fantastic European locations.
- Valid EU citizenship or work permit for the EU
