Do you want to work in the telecom industry and support one of the most popular Norwegian TV and streaming platforms? Our client is looking for Danish-speaking Customer Advisors to join their team in central Warsaw

Join an international team delivering top-tier support for a leading streaming service. You’ll assist customers via phone, email, and chat, with a comprehensive training program and a relocation package to get you started.

What will you do?

- Provide customer support for a popular streaming platform
- Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues
- Support both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support
- Make outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders

Requirements:

Candidate profile

- Fluent in Danish (C1) OR Norwegian (C1) and English (B2)
- Excellent communication and service orientation
- Basic administrative and technical knowledge
- Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri: 09:00–19:00, weekends: 10:00–16:00)
