(Junior) Account Executive

- Implementation of integrated 360° communication projects and adaptation projects for the CE market with the support of the team;
- Coordinated project management;
- Control of external and internal project costs;
- Building and maintaining good client relationships;
- Creation of presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project summaries;
- Ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects;
- Close and continuous cooperation with other agency departments: creative, design, and production.

- 1-2 years of experience in managing marketing projects or 1-2 years of experience in customer service or post-production in an advertising agency;
- Experience in localizing TV campaigns and/or digital campaigns or e-commerce;
- Ability to manage and control project budgets;
- Ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships with clients;
- Conscientiousness, meticulousness, commitment to projects, motivation for self-improvement and self-development;
- Skills in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to create and conduct presentations, cost estimates, and timelines;
- Excellent time and work organization;
- Very good command of the English and Polish languages in speech and writing;
- Ability to work within agreed processes and work standards.
