We are now looking for the candidates for the position of e-Invoicing Monitoring Specialist.

Your tasks

Act as local end user expert and first level of support to the end user community for the given process/system area during normal business operations and during deployment implementations.

- monitor the E2E e-Invoicing flow, in order to identify Billing Documents in error
- conduct first assessment of the issue and identify the Roles in the Network to be address for resolution
- provide guidance and support during the resolution
- act as a bridge between the global IT support organization and the Business when needed, including the creation and supervision of ServiceNow INC’s
- remain Accountable for the resolution of all e-Invoicing Billing Documents in error
- escalate complex cases to senior experts

What we expect

- 3-5 years of university studies within Finance or similar
- 1+ years of work experience within Finance
- 2+ years of experience within the e-Invoicing process is a plus
- English language skills (min. B2 level), Italian or French - nice to have
- good understanding of Finance and Sales processes
- good awareness of e-Invoicing solutions
- ability to identify problems and improvement possibilities
- service oriented approach and good communication skills
- team player and able to work collaboratively
- good in networking and teaming skills
- being a team player and a purposeful action taker. Work together with collogues as a team
- capability and willingness to challenge the standard in order to secure and improve processes, open minded when it comes to changes
