ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Twoje zadania:

  • zarządzanie elektronicznymi platformami fakturowania,
  • kontrola poprawności faktur wychodzących, monitorowanie statusu, wyjaśnianie rozbieżności,
  • współpraca z wewnętrznymi parterami z różnych działów,
  • zapewnienie wskazówek i wsparcie podczas rozwiązywania problemów,
  • odpowiadanie na zapytania klientów, eskalowanie skomplikowanych przypadków do ekspertów,
  • realizacja zadań zgodnie z procesami i procedurami.


WYMAGANIA:

Czego oczekujemy:

  • min. 1-2- letnie doświadczenie w dziale billingu/ credit collection/ OtC lub customer service,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego w mowie i piśmie min. B2/C1,
  • wykształcenie wyższe,
  • znajomość procesów finansowych i sprzedażowych, nastawienie na poszukiwanie rozwiązań,
  • otwartość, umiejętności komunikacyjne, zdolność do współpracy z różnymi grupami interesariuszy,
  • doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami pakietu Ms Office oraz systemami ERP (np. SAP),
  • dodatkowym atutem będzie znajomość j. francuskiego lub włoskiego.
