- managing relationships with finance providers and rental vendors.
- participation in negotiations of the contracts with trucks' manufacturers, financing institutions, service stations and other suppliers.
- together with our technical team managing the contracts and relations with service stations.
- managing compliance with regulatory obligations required for transport sector.
- managing and coordinating vehicle sales process.
- managing invoice approval process for trucks related costs.
- playing supportive role in the process of application for excise duty refunds.
- full responsibility for accuracy of truck master-data in TMS.
- overall responsibility for the total fleet costs.
- regular reporting to the Board and local management.
Requirements
- at least bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- min. 4-6 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, fleet service, or fleet management related industries.
- innovative approach at work and openness for change.
- ability to work in fast growing organization.
- strong negotiation skills.
- experience in cooperation with truck manufactures and service stations in UE.
- strong communication skills and ability to work under (time) pressure.
- good understanding of figures and financial data.
- excellent organizational skills, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- expertise in fleet management regulations, policies and practices highly desired.
- proficiency in using transportation management systems and other relevant software.
- very good command of English is a must.
