Senior GDS Travel Agent Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Expected Amadeus Travelport Sabre Jira TestRail Optional Postman Selenium About the project We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Senior GDS Travel Agent with experience in the travel domain. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our travel platform and systems operate with accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Your role will involve hands-on testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and validating that travel-related products and features meet both technical and business standards. Your responsibilities Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing of travel-related software features (e.g., booking engine, fare rules, itinerary systems). Identify, document, and track bugs; work closely with developers and product teams to resolve them. Validate accuracy of travel rules, fare logic, and pricing workflows across B2C and B2B use cases. Ensure GDS integration (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) works seamlessly across all flows. Execute test cases manually and/or through automated scripts where applicable. Maintain and improve QA documentation, test plans, and release checklists. Stay informed on airline policies, travel tech trends, and changes in global distribution systems that may impact product logic. Our requirements Experience as a travel agent in the travel tech industry. Strong understanding of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre). Familiarity with bug tracking and test case management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Optional QA certifications such as ISTQB. Knowledge of API testing or automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium).
