Welcome to the Execution & Delivery unit This unit adds value by enabling efficient, scalable, and repeatable release management operations for the vast majority of IT initiatives. As a Roll-out Manager, responsibility includes ensuring that new releases and rollouts to technology platforms and applications are planned and executed efficiently, with the highest quality for customers and operations, and in compliance with established standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders such as other Release & Rollout managers, Test managers, Product owners, Execution leads, Scrum Masters, and Operations teams is essential to secure a safe and successful delivery. To succeed in this role, we believe that you have: Bachelors/Master's degree in IT or related disciplines. Excellent networking and interpersonal skills. Good analytical thinking and attention to detail. Accountability, proactivity, and ability to quickly adapt and respond to change. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Flexibility: able to work evenings and weekends for the implementation of events. Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies. Highly proficient in spoken and written English.  Your experience and background: Excellent English communication skills IT Project management and planning skills (7+ years). Experience with application release or data migration projects, including hands-on experience in using release or cutover planning tools. Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under ITIL framework. Understanding of technology solution architecture. Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, Helix). Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle. Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working. Experience in banking or finance sectors is a clear benefit.
