Business Analyst Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities analyzing business needs across different areas to understand problems and help define, test, and deliver the right IT solutions supporting the review of business processes related to systems and working with stakeholders to suggest and start improvements helping to build a consistent, automated, and reliable IT and data environments across Munich Re Group to support efficient digital operations assisting in projects by supporting planning, system implementation, integration, and change initiatives helping to align, evaluate, and prioritize business requests to shape and manage project and product backlogs Our requirements fluency in English demonstrating in-depth knowledge of risk management, risk reporting and compliance products like Data Industrialization (IRM) contributing to the conception, support, and analysis of risk management and risk reporting tools to calculate risk distributions and financial, or comparable tools applying conceptual knowledge of designing cloud native applications analyzing business demands, deriving system requirements, and translating them into system solutions bringing several years of experience in IT, preferably in application development, and possessing in-depth knowledge of the entire software development and product life cycle applying agile project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum) demonstrating strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, and multidisciplinary communication skills delivering successful implementations that provide measurable value to the business adopting a consulting and collaborative working style that fosters accountability and knowledge sharing showing a high degree of commitment and a willingness to take ownership of diverse tasks displaying strong business acumen by understanding business needs and presenting solutions from a business perspective rather than a purely technical one holding a university degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field creating and maintaining appropriate levels of product documentation to support maintenance and ongoing support activities willingness to travel internationally Optional fluency in German experience in test management experience in solution design experience in Azure Dev Ops What we offer Let's be healthy – medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.
