Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to
    gather, document, and analyse business requirements
    for data and AI initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into
    functional and technical specifications
    for developers and data teams.
  • Work closely with
    data engineers, data scientists, and developers
    to ensure solutions meet business goals.
  • Perform
    data analysis
    using tools such as
    SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Python
    to identify trends and insights.
  • Support the design and implementation of
    dashboards, reports, and AI models
    .
  • Conduct
    process mapping and gap analysis
    to identify opportunities for automation or improvement.
  • Facilitate
    workshops, requirements sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
    .
  • Document
    use cases, workflows, and business rules
    for data and AI solutions.
  • Partner with project managers to support
    project delivery, risk management, and progress tracking
    .
  • Ensure compliance with
    data governance and quality standards
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
    .
  • 3+ years
    of experience as a
    Business Analyst
    in IT, Data, or AI-focused projects.
  • Solid understanding of
    data concepts
    (databases, ETL, data models).
  • Proficiency with at least one of:
    Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Excel (advanced)
    .
  • Strong skills in
    requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder management
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and analytical
    abilities.
  • Experience in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to
    AI/ML platforms or cloud tools
    (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with
    data visualization and reporting automation
    .
  • Familiarity with
    APIs, data pipelines, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
    .
