Your responsibilities

- Help solve simple payment-related issues reported by customers.
- Support the team in keeping track of who has paid and who still needs to pay.
- Talk to clients to explain invoices and help answer any questions they may have.
- Check and update reports showing which payments are overdue and what we expect to receive.
- Assist in regular monthly and yearly tasks that help close financial records.
- Work closely with more experienced team members who will guide you and help you learn.

Our requirements

- We are looking for someone who is motivated to start a career in finance and eager to learn and grow.
- You do not need any previous experience - we will teach you everything you need to know
- You feel comfortable communicating in Slovenian and English at a B2/C1 level.
- You enjoy working with others and building positive relationships.
- You are curious, analytical, and not afraid to ask questions or solve problems.
- You can apply regardless of your current availability - we welcome candidates with both full-time and part-time schedules.
