About the role

We are looking for an experienced
Finance Operations Specialist
who will join a project for our client from the
financial services industry
, supporting operational excellence and technological transformation within Finance Operations teams. The role is hybrid, 2-3 days from the Client's office in Warsaw.

What you will do

· Facilitate Operations teams in implementing changes by onboarding efficient technical solutions and supporting testing activities.

· Implement new technology solutions to improve operational processes and enhance efficiency.

· Prepare and analyze system changes, align business requirements with technology deliverables, and ensure smooth project implementation.

· Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product and technology partners, and clients to align goals and infrastructure.

· Take proactive actions to mitigate project risks and perform root cause analysis of operational issues.

What we are looking for

· Minimum 7 years of experience within Financial Services and a solid understanding of Financial Operations.

· Proven experience (5+ years) in Transfer Agency, Accounting, Mid-Office Operations, or as a Business Analyst.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to document business requirements.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.

· Proactive mindset, ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with MS Visio, Power BI, and SQL (as an advantage).
