About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on
FP&A Specialist
to take ownership of short-term cash planning, AP/AR control, budgeting, and executive reporting. Your mission: turn data into decisions - accurately, on time, every time.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the
    13-week cash flow forecast
    : align payment plans with cash availability and flag risks early.
  • Oversee AP/AR
    processes: maintain aging reports, set priorities with stakeholders, track collections, and ensure payment calendars stay aligned.
  • Automate and standardize
    data inputs across accounting, payroll, and expense systems; keep financial data clean and organized.
  • Drive budgeting and reforecasting cycles
    ; deliver actionable variance analysis with clear insights.
  • Prepare the
    executive and board reporting pack (BD+5)
    : KPIs, P&L/CF, runway, scenario analysis, and concise commentary for leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    Head of Finance
    , legal, and external bookkeepers to maintain audit-ready records.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in
    FP&A, audit, or accounting
    with a focus on planning and analysis.
  • Advanced
    Excel/Google Sheets
    skills, excellent documentation habits, and strong stakeholder communication (B1-B2+ English).
  • Familiarity with
    finance systems
    (QuickBooks/Xero, payroll/expense tools) and basic understanding of
    bank feeds/API integrations
    .

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    BI tools
    (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), basic SQL knowledge, or exposure to
    multi-currency / multi-entity
    environments (Europe).
