About the role
We are looking for a
Senior Finance Manager
who will take ownership of our managerial reporting, planning, and financial control processes across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment and wants to help shape the financial backbone of a rapidly growing organization. You will play a critical role in building robust reporting frameworks, ensuring financial accuracy, optimizing processes, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to guide strategic decisions
- Oversee liquidity and cash flow management
- Implement and automate reconciliation, controls, and compliance systems
- Support the month- and year-end closing process
- Preparation of managerial reports to management
- Optimization of existing reports and procedures related to the managerial reporting function
- Development of internal financial policies and procedures, with a specific focus on managerial accountancy
- New reporting system implementation and business processes optimization
- Financial modelling and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Big4 or in multi-national companies in Reporting, Financial Controlling,
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations
- Deep understanding of revenue models, reporting, and financial compliance
