Data Analyst in IT Security Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Your responsibilities - monitoring, tracking, and managing the budget across multiple the service cost centers - supporting financial planning cycles including forecasting, variance analysis, accruals, and budget reviews - providing accurate and timely financial reports to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and corrective actions - partnering with Finance and Risk and Security leadership to ensure alignment with organizational financial objectives - maintaining an accurate and up-to-date FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) list across Risk and Security service lines - tracking headcount, contingent workforce, and vendor resources against budget allocations - partnering with hiring managers to ensure staffing requests align with business case plans and resource needs - supporting workforce capacity planning to balance demand vs. available supply - ensuring compliance with financial controls, policies, and audit requirements - supporting preparation for internal and external audits and reports relating to IT financials and workforce management - identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial and resource management Our requirements - fluent spoken and written English - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent experience in a related field - strong background in IT financial management, budgeting, and forecasting - experience with managing cost centers and working with corporate Finance teams - proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle) - knowledge of IT workforce planning, vendor management, and resourcing processes - excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills - ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment - 5+ years of experience in IT Finance, Resource Management, or similar roles - experience within a multinational or financial services organization What we offer - Let's be healthy – medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape. - Let's be balanced – work-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace. This role ensures the Manage the Business budget and forecast are accurately monitored, tracked, and reported, while maintaining workforce oversight through accurate FTE records and effective Joiners, Movers, and Leavers process management.
