Marketing Assistant

What You Will Do:

- Add new tasks to the planning, move uncompleted tasks to the coming week;
- Check the Asana inbox and ping everyone who didn’t finish the task, or moved the deadline;
- Manage general documentation for the team. Update documents as necessary; create appropriate tasks, and send reminders;
- Take and manage meeting notes;
- Make various requests, such as job openings and equipment, as assigned by the VP of Product;
- Schedule meetings with the team as needed, including matching calendars, choosing the best time, and writing descriptions and agendas;
- Manage emails with general requests and forward/ping to relevant people in the department.

What You Need:

- Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian;
- 1.5+ years of experience as an assistant, preferably an assistant of Head of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer or VP of Marketing;
- Fluent writing and communication skills in English (C1+);
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with the many different departments the VP of Product is involved with on a daily basis, and follow up on tasks completion;

- Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively;
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Would Be a Plus:

- Prior experience supporting a marketing department;
- Familiarity with marketing software and CRM tools.
