Our Client is a Shared Service Center for a company in the FMCG industry.

Opis stanowiska

- Manage VAT returns, EC Listings, and Intrastat reports for specific regions, including the USA and ANZ, and oversee external tax returns.

- Reconcile VAT accounts and ensure accurate tax processes.

- Collaborate with teams to minimize tax-related errors.

- Monitor tax law changes and adjust processes accordingly.

- Act as the main contact for tax audits, support financial audits, and enhance internal VAT processes.

- Update policies and procedures during transitions.

- Provide tax expertise for projects and mentor junior team members.

Profil kandydata

- Experienced (min. 5 years) in Finance and Tax compliance, especially in multinational settings.

- Qualified accountant with expertise in VAT and tax law.

- Skilled in data flows and accounting for accurate tax reporting.

- Strong team collaboration, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement.

- Fluent in English.

- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with database software.

- Proficient in ERP systems.
