Opis stanowiska
- Month end accounts preparation and reporting on SAP, ensuring compliance with the Group Internal Controls System (ICS)Weekly bank reconciliations and cash flow statements, and monitoring of cash requirements
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliation
- Posting HR-prepared payroll journal
- Journal preparation and posting
- Reconciliation of inter-company balances
- Completing Group reporting templates
- Responsible for quarterly Tax recharges covering IT services
- Annual local statutory accounts preparation in line with Irish GAAP
- External reportingCentral Statistics Office
- Central Bank Returns
- VAT returns
- Liaise with external and internal auditors
- Ad hoc reporting requests as required to support group activity
Profil kandydata
- Qualified accountant (ACA/CPA)
- Strong double entry book keeping skills
- Strong IFRS knowledge
- Excellent SAP (ECC or S4) experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- High level of commitment and self-motivation, ability to work independently is particularly important given that role is remote.
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic individual that is hard working and shows attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to respond to the demands of such a pivotal role.
- Ability to work on one's own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
