The main area of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement.We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic EdTech transformation project. The role focuses on building a multi-sided education platform (self-service, automation, AI-ready) for a European leader. Key Responsibilities ● Co-create the new Platform (multi-tenant, scalable, data-driven, AI-ready). ● Proactively design solutions for self-service, automation, and process unification. ● Work closely with UX, Product Owners, and development teams. ● Data analytics skills, data-driven insights. ● Run workshops and digitize/optimize processes into scalable platform capabilities. ● Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different organizations. ● Inspire the client with proposals and reference models (not just gather requirements). Requirements ● 6 years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner in platform projects (preferably EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS). ● Strong track record in process digitalization & optimization. ● Skilled in working with complex organizations and multiple stakeholders. ● Hands-on experience with UX and product development teams. ● Excellent communication skills in English (Polish is a plus). ● International experience in EdTech or exposure to global best practices is highly desirable.
