Falck is embarking on a digital journey, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IAM & Network Team Lead to oversee and manage our Connectivity area consisting of product teams specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Network in an agile product setup. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strong people management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive, support and report on larger strategic initiatives. You will be part of Falck Digital Technology with reference to Head of Technology Products. Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams within an agile setup. The ability to understand complex technical areas and concepts. Demonstrated program- or project management skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels.
