Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Commercial Partnerships Lead to drive our efforts in building and managing high-impact relationships with key technology partners. Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, this position will play an instrumental role in expanding our market reach and delivering significant revenue growth by fostering strategic alliances with our largest partners. This role is central to accelerating revenue growth and maximizing mutual business value for 1GLOBAL and our partners, positioning us as a preferred partner in the global connectivity landscape.
As a high-profile member of our team, you will lead initiatives to execute commercial agreements for a brand-new product line, develop joint business plans with partners, and align on growth strategies that unlock new revenue streams. You will own end-to-end relationship management with our largest partners, collaborating closely to drive both short-term results and long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust partnership strategies to drive new business and revenue growth in alignment with 1GLOBAL’s business objectives.
- Identify and secure high-value opportunities with strategic partners, negotiating terms that maximize revenue potential and foster long-lasting alliances.
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, product, and operations teams to ensure successful integration and execution of partner-led initiatives.
- Serve as a key point of contact for large partners and maintaining relationships that support long-term business alignment.

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, both with partners and internal teams.
- A track record of building and managing commercially successful partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, energetic, and able to work independently without supervision.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating strategic thinking into actionable plans.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, both with partners and internal teams.
