Naszym klientem jest globalna firma, która działa w branży security, defence i finance. Klient planuje otwarcie IT Hub w Polsce.

Opis stanowiska

- Prowadzenie prac architektonicznych i rozwoju smart kontraktów (Solidity, EVM) oraz komponentów wspierających

- Definiowanie roadmapy technicznej, kamieni milowych oraz zapewnienie terminowej realizacji

- Nadzór nad jakością kodu, strategią testów i przeglądami bezpieczeństwa

- Koordynacja z interesariuszami klienta w zakresie wymagań, ograniczeń regulacyjnych i aktualizacji postępu

- Wsparcie i mentoring członków zespołu; rozwiązywanie blokad technicznych

- Zapewnienie kompletnej dokumentacji oraz gotowości wdrożeniowej wszystkich komponentów (kontrakty, backend, frontend)

- Uzgadnianie ograniczeń regulacyjnych (symulowanie przepływów, dokumentowanie założeń)

Profil kandydata

- Wymagane minimum 5 lat ogólnego doświadczenia zawodowego, w tym:

Minimum 3+ lata w rozwoju blockchain (smart kontrakty, protokoły DeFi)

Minimum 1+ rok w roli lidera technicznego (Tech Lead lub równoważnej)

- Udokumentowane doświadczenie jako Tech Lead lub Senior Blockchain Engineer w dostarczaniu protokołów DeFi

- Bardzo dobra znajomość Solidity (0.8.x), wzorców EVM, upgradeability (Transparent/UUPS), kontroli dostępu

- Doświadczenie z architekturami typu Aave/Morpho lub podobnymi systemami pożyczkowymi

- Znajomość Base / OP Stack / wdrożeń L2

- Silna kultura testowania: Hardhat/Foundry, testy fuzz/property

- Umiejętność projektowania z jasnymi założeniami i ograniczeniami (symulowane przepływy RWA)

- Biegła komunikacja w języku angielskim
