The project brings together data from vehicles, enterprise systems, and market sources into one unified platform powered by Databricks on AWS . The goal: to enable transparent, secure, and scalable data access that supports advanced analytics and innovation across the organization. You'll be the bridge between business and engineering. You'll translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear, prioritized technical deliverables and guide the team through execution. Your work will help ensure the platform meets high standards of data quality, security, and compliance while delivering measurable business impact What you'll do: Design and deliver business, system, and data requirement documents (functional and non-functional). Break down high-level business problems into structured, testable requirements . Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements (BRD, SRS, Data Specs). Translate business needs into clear technical specifications , user stories, and process/data flow models . Document data requirements , including sources, lineage, quality, availability, and metadata. Support solution design to ensure requirements are implemented accurately. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and clarify scope. Maintain detailed documentation for systems, APIs, data flows, and user behavior. Support the entire project lifecycle — from discovery to delivery — ensuring traceability and effective change management . Coordinate with QA and development teams to validate requirements and support user acceptance testing. You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies: 3 years of continuous experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst in complex IT or software development environments. Strong ability to document system-level and data-layer requirements (APIs, interfaces, data mapping, pipelines, error handling). Skilled with Jira , Confluence , and diagramming tools (e.g. Draw.io , Lucidchart, or similar). Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings and writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong English proficiency (written and spoken). Nice to have: Chinese language skills are considered a plus.
