Position Overview: Year of Experience: 6-10 YearsSkill Required:• Functional experience in domain of Governance, Enterprise Risk Management andRegulatory Compliance, including Experience in handling the IT Service Continuityrequirements, ITDR implementing and supporting infrastructure environments• Experience in designing and administering Business Continuity and Disaster Recoveryprogram in Technology organization• Experience in regulatory compliance like, FINMA, General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR), German Data protection Act etc.• Experience in conducting BIA and developing Business Continuity Plans• A solid understanding of IT control frameworks and IT general controls• Working knowledge of overall risk management process that is conducting/participatingon internal/external risk assessments and remediation process.• Must have experience of conducting risk, compliance & audit programs, IT ServiceContinuity, ITDR implementing and supporting infrastructure environments• Experience in managing large scale information security projects• Experience across multiple Information Security domain i.e. IT Regulatory/policyCompliance, IS Governance, Risk Management, IT Infrastructure Security• Experience in conducting IT Service Continuity and DR tests/ Drill• Excellent in managing business continuity program life cycle plans and sourcedeliverables (e.g., risk assessments, BIAs, continuity planning)• Have good technical awareness on Information security & IT network/infrastructurecomponents• Open to learning and working on new domains and technology• Open to travel onsite for long term as well as short term.• Good written and spoken communications skills• Understanding of current recovery solutions, high availability architectures• Excellent in managing business continuity program life cycle plans and sourcedeliverables (e.g., risk assessments, BIAs, continuity planning)• Excellent communication, Presentation and conflict management skills, Experience inmanaging IT projects with interdependencies and multiple stakeholdersQualification:B.E/ B.Tech CISA/ CISM/CISSP certification, ISO 27001 (Lead Auditor) and ISO 22301 preferred How to Apply: If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume.
