Junior Customer Service Specialist

Your tasks

- serving as the first point of contact for customers,
- providing customers with information on product prices and availability,
- timely and accurate processing of orders and customer complaints,
- maintaining accurate customer records in appropriate systems (e.g., SAP, CRM),
- monitor order status and proactively inform customers about updates,
- close collaboration with other teams to solve customer problems and ensure smooth service delivery,
- analysing processes and proposing improvements,
- actively participating in projects and implementing new initiatives.

What we expect

- first experience in customer service or willingness to gain it,
- advanced knowledge of French (min. B2/C1),
- advanced knowledge of Polish (min. B2),
- communicative knowledge of English (min. B1/B2),
- knowledge of SAP will be a plus,
- very good communication and cooperation skills,
- good organizational and time management skills,
- strong customer orientation.
