Customer Service Specialist

Missions :
- Deliver excellent service level and customer experience to first trade customers in alignment with RACI and agreed KPIs
- Handle end-to-end order management processes including intake, confirmation, execution, cancellation, and implementing changes swiftly and accurately,
- Coordinating last mile delivery with third-party logistics partners (3PLs) ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Managing customer inquiries and providing product information and assistance. Liaise with subject matter experts for technical or sales-related questions.
- Generating invoices and diligently following up on open payments with customers. Proactively handling customer complaints and coordinating effective solutions for our customers.
- Facilitating customer onboarding for our E-commerce platform, providing necessary guidance and support throughout the process,
- Ensure all activities are run as per agreed standard processes reflected in relevant SOPs or instructions,
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and standardization of work processes, collaborating with various interface departments such as Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Your skills and competences
- A bachelor's degree is required as a minimum, master's degree preferred or equivalent in business administration, sales, or economics;
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the B2B sector, with a focus on the chemical/engineering industry;
- Demonstrated customer-oriented mindset and commitment to exceptional service delivery;
- Excellent communication skills in spanish, both spoken and written, are mandatory;
- Proficient in SAP ERP, C4C is advantageous;
- Highly organized, self-sufficient working attitude with an attention customer satisfaction with a strong affinity for digitalizing processes
