Working with UiPath and Agile practices, you'll help design and implement scalable, document-aware workflows. Your responsibilities will include analyzing processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your responsibilities Develop and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath, based on business needs. Analyze and document processes suitable for automation. Implement solutions using UiPath Document Understanding for document-based tasks. Apply the SCRUM framework and Agile methodology in automation project delivery. Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize existing automations. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to best practices. Our requirements Around 2 years of development experience with RPA (UiPath). Prior exposure to other automation tools or scripting languages is a plus. Experience with UiPath Document Understanding is an asset. Good command of both German and English (minimum B2 level). Sharp analytical skills combined with meticulous attention to detail. University education in a technical or business-related field.
