For our client, we are seeking a seasoned AI/ML Engineer with a strong foundation in data engineering to lead the implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions within the Finance & Risk data domain. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding the team in adopting innovative approaches and reusable components from existing AI/ML frameworks across the organization. Location: Poznań or Wrocław, Poland Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days/ week in the office in Poznań or Wrocław) Rate: 160 PLN/net/h VAT (B2B contract) Language: English (B2 Required) Start date: depending on candidate availability Your responsibilities Design and implement AI/ML solutions tailored to financial and risk-related data challenges. Act as a technical lead, mentoring team members and driving innovation in AI/ML adoption. Evaluate and integrate reusable AI/ML components from other business areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Our requirements Proven expertise in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of applied projects (5 years of experience) Proficiency in Python and PySpark for scalable data processing and model development. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. Solid understanding of data engineering principles, with exposure to tools like Databricks.
