Our client is seeking an experienced Data Architect to take ownership of designing and implementing scalable, modern Data Hubs that support advanced analytics, operational reporting, and Generative AI use cases. This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of architecture, governance, and cutting-edge technology.

- You’ll collaborate with engineering, analytics, and AI/ML teams to build secure, high-performing data ecosystems.
- You’ll set the standards and best practices that ensure long-term scalability, compliance, and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

- Architect and oversee the development of scalable Data Hubs integrating multiple data sources.
- Define engineering patterns, templates, and best practices for data platform development.
- Establish governance, access control, and security frameworks for enterprise data layers.
- Design and optimize data pipelines for both streaming and batch processing.
- Implement automated validation, anomaly detection, and proactive issue resolution.
- Align architecture with business needs through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive architectural documentation while mentoring engineering teams.

What our client is looking for:

- Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
- Deep expertise in Azure-based data platforms and Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of Databricks, Delta Lake, Apache Spark.
- Experience with dimensional, relational, and NoSQL data models.
- Solid background in data governance, lineage, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, Event Hubs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes/AKS, Docker.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to mentor and drive best practices across teams.
- Ability to produce clear, actionable architectural documentation.
