Hej Jesteśmy Angry Nerds i zapraszamy Cię do naszego świata apek mobilnych i webowych O Angry Nerds słów kilka: Software House | 10 lat na rynku | ok. 100 osób na pokładzie | 545 zrealizowanych projektów Obecnie poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Delivery Managera Co robi Delivery Manager w Angry Nerds: Zajmuje się koordynacją projektów i zespołów pracujących w modelu nearshore/offshore team delivery, Zarządza projektami w modelu fixed price oraz time & material, Buduje mocne, oparte na zaufaniu relacje z klientami z Europy, USA oraz Kanady, Dba o utrzymanie zakładanej rentowności projektów , Rozszerza współpracę z klientami poprzez up-selling i cross-selling Koordynuje działania pomiędzy klientami a poszczególnymi zespołami oraz Project Managerami, Wspiera Project Managerów w rozwiązywaniu trudnych sytuacji Odpowiada za tworzenie kanałów komunikacji z klientem i zespołem oraz usprawnianie istniejących procesów pomiędzy Angry Nerds a klientem, Zarządza ryzykiem oraz procesem komunikacji, Współpracuje z innymi działami firmy m.in . zarząd firmy, sales, finance oraz HR. Nasze oczekiwania: Minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w roli Delivery Managera lub na pozycji pokrewnej tj. Project Managera, Key Account Managera, Doświadczenie w obszarze tworzenia i rozwoju oprogramowania, Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu ludźmi, Współpraca z klientami z zagranicy, Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie C1 (znajomość innego języka będzie dodatkowym atutem), Korzystanie w codziennej z pracy z narzędzi typu Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello lub podobnych, Umiejętność zarządzania zadaniami, czasem oraz zespołem, Biznesowe nastawienie na klienta oraz umiejętność budowania przyjaznych relacji, Wysokie umiejętnościami komunikacyjnymi oraz kultura osobista, Samodzielność, dobra organizacja pracy własnej i umiejętność pracy w trybie zdalnym. Docenimy również: Jeśli posiadasz certyfikat: PMI, Scrum Master lub inny potwierdzający wiedzę z zakresu zarządzania projektami. Zapewniamy: Możliwość pracy zdalnej z comiesięcznymi zjazdami managerskimi w biurze we Wrocławiu, Elastyczne godziny (core godzinowy 10:00 - 15:00), Służbowy sprzęt i budżet na akcesoria, Roczny budżet szkoleniowy, Pakiet sportowy, opiekę medyczną i ubezpieczenie grupowe, Budżet integracyjny, Pracę w firmie o płaskiej strukturze w zgranym zespole Nerdów :) Proces rekrutacji: 1. Rozmowa z osobą z działu HR: ok. 40 min – chcemy poznać się lepiej 2. Weryfikacja w formie videocalla z naszymi specjalistami: ok. 1.5 h, 3. Rozmowa z naszym Delivery Managerem. 4. Decyzja i feedback z przebiegu rekrutacji.
