Data Delivery Manager Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Expected Python AWS Azure GCP About the project We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics solutions while fostering strong partnerships with clients and cross-functional teams. As a dedicated expert, you will leverage your technical expertise and delivery acumen to ensure successful outcomes and drive innovation, helping organizations unlock the full potential of their data. Your responsibilities Own the end-to-end responsibility for solution delivery for assigned client accounts Act as a single point of accountability for delivery-related matters such as escalations, ramp-ups, and ramp-downs Establish and oversee sound governance processes for delivery management and production aligned with predefined delivery models Ensure optimal resource allocation by aligning required skills and seniority with project delivery needs Drive technical leadership to define and implement future-proof architectures that meet high technical and quality standards Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination across different teams and disciplines Strengthen and maintain long-term client relationships while addressing customer concerns and managing risks effectively Develop and manage delivery roadmaps, along with estimates for timelines, resources, and quality standards Ensure project alignment with EPAM delivery methodologies, with a focus on agile delivery models Lead the preparation of customer proposals, statements of work, and sales activities, including bid support Facilitate the proactive management of risks across the delivery lifecycle, supported by well-structured strategies Align the customer's responsibilities with delivery expectations for successful execution Champion continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and team growth within the local Data Practice Our requirements Expertise in delivering Data & Analytics, Big Data, and Business Intelligence projects with knowledge of best practices and modern solutions Strong experience with data platform engineering, including batch/streaming ingestion, storage, processing, and data integration strategies Minimum 5 years of experience interpreting customer business requirements to deploy Data & Analytics solutions Familiarity with diverse Data & Analytics technology stacks and tools (e.g., Python, data mining, AI, ML, predictive analytics, data modeling) Proven track record in delivering AI/ML-driven projects and predictive analytics use cases, with expertise in integrating LLMs and GenAI technologies into SDLC Solid understanding of data governance, compliance, privacy, and ethical Data/AI frameworks Experience with advanced data visualization techniques and tools Proficiency in Agile and other project delivery methodologies Deep understanding of data security challenges and approaches Significant experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem-to-cloud migration projects Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences Solid grasp of software development and product lifecycle methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to scale technical solutions from the ground up Optional Expertise in integration architecture across complex ecosystems Experience in building cross-functional data capabilities from scratch Proficiency in leading large-scale transformations backed by cloud and AI-driven innovations Familiarity with up-and-coming tools and technologies in the Data & Analytics space Clear track record of delivering compelling presentations to senior leadership teams and large audiences Development opportunities we offer conferences in Poland development budget external training industry-specific e-learning platforms intracompany training mentoring soft skills training space for experimenting substantive support from technological leaders support of IT events technical knowledge exchange within the company What we offer Engineering community of industry professionals Friendly team and enjoyable working environment Flexible schedule and opportunity to work remotely within Poland Chance to work abroad for up to 60 days annually Business-driven relocation opportunities Outstanding career roadmap Leadership development, career advising, soft skills, and well-being programs Certification (GCP, Azure, AWS) Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning, Get Abstract, Cloud Guru English language classes Stable income (Employment Contract or B2B) Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers) Strategically located offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, fantastic coffee, and more Referral bonuses Corporate, social and well-being events Benefits private medical care life insurance flexible working time fruits integration events retirement pension plan no dress code video games at work coffee / tea parking space for employees leisure zone employee referral program charity initiatives EPAM Systems (Poland) sp. z o.o.
