Your responsibilities Technical Leadership: Guide the architecture and design of applications using React (frontend) and Node.js/NestJS (backend), leveraging GraphQL and REST APIs. Team Management & Mentorship: Mentor, grow, and manage a team of full-stack engineers; establish and enforce best practices for development and collaboration Project Execution: Take ownership of complex full-stack feature delivery, ensuring quality, security, and high performance within defined timelines. Architectural Excellence: Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure clean, maintainable code, enforce standards, and design scalable systems optimized for performance and user experience. Innovation: Proactively introduce modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies to boost team efficiency and product quality. Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define technical scope and delivery plans. Our requirements Technical Expertise: 10 years of software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack JavaScript (5 years focus). Advanced proficiency in key modern JavaScript technologies: React.js with Hooks and Context API. Node.js, NestJS, and Express. Next.js for Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and dynamic routing. GraphQL APIs and tools like Apollo Server/Client. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with REST and GraphQL API design and integration. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, microservices, and asynchronous design patterns. Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and DevOps practices. Leadership & Management: Proven success leading agile software teams in fast-paced environments. 3 years in a technical leadership or managerial role. Ability to coach and develop engineers across various skill levels. Strong project management skills, including scope definition, estimation, and execution. Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
